Most of Office and Works products open with a default
font of Arial 10 or New Roman Times. Is there a way to
change the default font ?

Hi, ThePainter,

The default font is usually stored in the default application template and
isn't changeable in one central location. To change the default font in
Word, go to Format | Font and change the font to what you desire. Then
click the "Default..." button in the Font dialog box and answer that you
would like to change the default font for all new documents.
