I loaded Office 97 on my computer running windows xp home. When I click on a font it says it is not available and when I Try and print an envelope it says this is not a valid measurement. This program worked on windows me and I tried the compatibility mode feature same results.

Do you have other than a generic printer driver installed?

I have driver that came with my printer an hp deskjet 5150 installed

Milly Thanks for your help. I got it working again. My default page size was messed up. I reset the page size and all works fine now. Don C
