Maybe OT here, but over the weekend I decided to do some spring cleaning of
my system.

In the process I managed to remove one of my more commonly used fonts,
Mekanik. I can't remember where I got it from. Someone indicated it would
have been included with Office XP Pro.

If so, how do I extract from the install CD? The only specific fonts I can
are Tahoma.

Thanks, but that didn't really help. I've obviously got this font on one of
my install disks. I need to know which one and then how to extract it.
Credit Card purchases are not an option for me.

Didn't seem to come with my version of Office. Lots of apps install
fonts. If you're like me, I've installed and uninstalled dozens of
things, no telling what put that font on your box. But the fact that
it's for sale makes me wonder. Nothing I wrote would contain a $30 font
if I could help it.

ditto. I'm still hunting tho'. It's a great time to clean out the 100s of
promo and freebie CDs I've collected over the years.
