The problem I'm having with this is that the "different first page" is being
applied to each section, so that the first page of a new section has no
footer (which is the way I set my first page footer because it's a title
page for a chapter). But, I'm also using sections to switch occasionally
from portrait to landscape mode within each chapter document. Is there a
way to make the different first page setting only apply to the first section
and still continue previous formatting for the footer? Or, to make the
different first page setting apply to the document as a whole, instead of
section by section?
