Footer Problem

I have a 63 page document. I am using different headers
and footers for each page. I can get the header to
show/print on each page (even and odd). However, I can
only get the footer to show/print on even pages and not on
any odd pages! Can anyone help?

You must set up the odd and even footers separately. If the Odd Page Footer
is not showing or printing, there's a good chance it's outside the printable
area, and that the only reason the Even Page Footer is within the printable
area is that you copy/pasted it from the odd footer. Pasting into a
header/footer, no matter how carefully you omit the paragraph mark in the
copied material and include it when pasting, always results in an extra
empty paragraph.

Display nonprinting characters (Ctrl+*) to show the paragraph mark, delete
the extra paragraph, and then set your footer margin to an amount that will
be within the printable area.
