I've set up a document w/ different odd and even page headers & footers (so
the information appears mirrored, on facing pages).
Problem is that the even-page footer prints out (and appears on screen)
about 1/2" higher than the odd-page footer. (Headers mirror exactly right,
print out fine.)
Within Page Setup, I've set up equal margins for top and bottom, and equal
distance from edga for top and bottom margin. (For editing purposes, I'm
printing half-size pages on full-size paper, so the top/bottom margins are
1.6; header/footer distance from edge of 1.4)
Have even used Alt-F9, to see if there were any hidden codes.
Nothing works. Now what?
