Footer

Hi,

I want to put date on the footer when saving a document. Is there a way to
do this automatically.

1. View | Header and Footer.

2. On the Header and Footer toolbar, click the Switch Between Header and
Footer button to get to the footer.

3. In the footer pane, type the date or use Insert | Field to insert an
appropriate date field (Date, CreateDate, SaveDate, etc.). For more, see

And if you create a template with this field in the footer, then every
document based on that template will have the field.
