In File> Page Setup - Header/Footer have a look at the standards available
in the respective lists. If nothing there suits you create a Custom Header
and/or Custom Footer. You need to type the literal text & click the
appropriate buttons in the spots where you want the actual page number &
number of pages codes to be inserted. Have you checked Excel Help on the
matter?

for page no's that is in Word ie Page1from 2, Page 2 from 2.etc Can this be
done with Excel?
