footers

I was told to place out website ticker in the footer to eliminate some
problems we were having, then I was told by another it could not be done??
Anyone else have a suggestion?

What do you mean by "website ticker"?

If you are trying to insert some code snippet into a Publisher webpage, you
can insert it anywhere in the body of the page by using the insert html code
fragment feature. I don't know that a website has a "footer".
