Footnote link to a side note in OneNote

It would be very useful to be able to create a hotlink/hyperlink to a side
note for the purposes of definitions and so forth in OneNote. I don't think
that this is possible, but if it is I would love to know how.

It's not currently possible and comes under the heading of "internal
links" which are very high on the feature request list. Hopefully they'll
be able to add them for the next version, but it's not a small request.
