I´m using windows me and office 2000

I follow all the steps in the link that you referred, but there wasn´t any subkey that begins with the digits "904". Only a big sequence of numbers mixed with letters

I think about of remove completely the office following the link: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=219423 However I´m afraid of it is the solution.
