Hello Charbeck, I couldn't respond to your posting (received error message).
You have few options, some better than others.
1) use a photo editing software to create the silhouette images
2) If your photo has a white or clear background you can use PowerPoint
photo Color tool to change the image to black & white, then use the photo
Contrast tool create as much contrast as possible, then use the Photo Less
Brightness tool to make it as dark as possible. If you go too far the entire
image will turn black. Use the Photo More Brightness Tool to bring back the
silhouette.
3) Use the AutoShapes Line tool in PowerPoint to outline your image then
fill it with black.
