Hi, Greg,
Appreciate your response. I guess I don't know what you
mean by "Add/Remove Features in maintenance mode setup
for Office"?
Office is already installed, and I either don't have or
can't find the OSB. So, are you suggesting that I
reinstall all of Office in order to access the "Office
Tools" you refer to below?
I realize your time is limited, but would much appreciate
a more detailed response.
Thanks again,
- marty

Does the OSB show up as "not available" under "Office Tools" when you choose
Add/Remove Features in maintenance mode setup for Office? If so, please
change it to "run from my computer".
Thanks,

Does Office XP Pro have an office shortcut bar (OSB)? I
can't seem to find it anywhere (and one didn't
automatically install, at least not that I can see). If
so, what's the file name and/or where can I find
it/install it?
Thanks,
