I noticed that I've received (and can even send) meeting requests in BCM.
(This is part of BCM). It's the email that mentions a meeting date/time and
has BUTTONS at the top of the email that say...
"Accept" or "Decline" or "Propose New Time" etc.
For these meeting requests, I noticed Outlooks seems to go ahead and
automatically log it onto my Outlook calendar.
Once I "accept", it apparently emails the other person and puts on their
calendar, too, right?
But suppose I make a minor change later, will it auto-email the other
person? Like this:
APPOINTMENT
Subject: George to call Jane in VA
Start: 4/28/06 9:45am
Notes: Jane wants to know more about the conference plans for Washington
I CHANGE APPT IN MY OUTLOOK TO:
Subject: George to call Jane in ARLINGTNON, VA
Start: 4/28/06 9:45am
Notes: Jane wants to know more about the conference plans for Washington.the GrandHotel insteand of RestfulPines that her brother owns. Me to a;sp
call VP in advance, before I call her on this day.
Would my "change" on my Outlook "automatically" get emailed to Jane (which
in above case I of course don't want my personal notes to be emailed to
Jane)?
Thanks,
George
