For the Centered from Top view in Project, allow to connect lines.

I'm using Project 2000. Currently, if I choose to modify the layout
(Format-->Layout) for the Network Diagram view, I have several options for
the "Arrangement". I think it would benefit a number of users if the user
could modify the line connection points on the boxes. The side-to-side method
works great for any left-to-right arrangment, but for the Centered from Top
view, a bottom-to-top connection method would be better to read.

Is this feature available with Project 2003?
