For what are queries for part II

Thanks Rick and Lynn for the advice, but here it goes:

The thing is that in the query is based on 2 tables: [Job
Control] and [New]
[Job Control] contains all of the data that I want to fill
in.
[New] contains only one filed with a "password"
in the query under the criteria for the only field in new
it says:[Forms]![Search]![Password]
I'm sorry I don't know about SQL's
