forbidden access to outlook, requiring verification?

Thanks Roady, appreciate the help. I successfully have sorted out my issue
and am back up and running. Was completely unaware of changes happening with
outlook and hotmail. Thanks for the time and detail in letting me know what
to do. Prob should have read through prior msg's on the site, but have never
done this before so thanks again. regards, liz
