We are a municipal organization running Outlook 2003 with Exchange. The organization uses Outlook's calendar for resource bookings - cars, meeting rooms, projectors, laptops, etc.
Our front desk has asked if there is any method to force a 15 minute gab between bookings (IE meetings). For instance, if a user books a meeting room through the Outlook calendar between 1 and 2pm, then the next meeting cannot be booked until 2:15pm. This gives a buffer time between meetings to allow setup\teardown of the room (unfortunately our users are not that smart enough to allow the extra time on their own).
Is there any method to do this and if so, is it controlled by the resource or by Exchange?
Thanks for any feedback
