Force calendar to show "no information"

I put my boss's free/busy publish to 0 in order for it to show //// meaning
no information. Some people view it that way but others see it as just
empty as if he is free all the time.
He has delegates. Must they also publish as 0 or does that affect only
their own personal calendars?
Thank you

I think that publishing zero months of free/busy means that most people
won't know when he's busy. I don't think free/busy time publishes the
details unless the person checking has the rights

Hi Vince,
But it shows up as if he has no appointments at all. I want it to show the
"no information" slashes ////
Thank you in Advance

It's shows no info now when you publish zero months of free/busy or when you
were publishing free/busy?

When I publish , it shows his schedule (not the details but the hours he has
meetings blocked in blue).
When I don't publish (meaning set to 0 months), then it shows empty as if he
has no appointments ever.
I want it to show "no information" and use slashes.

I guess I'm missing the point. What's the difference between "No
Information" and empty?

Hi Vince,
My boss doesn't like it that it looks like he has no appointments. He wants
just to
say that its no one's business when his appointments are.
But meanwhile, while i've been playing around, it looks like now people can
see his appointments.
do you think its important what his delegates settings are on their personal
outlook on their computers?
i have him set as 0 months and 15 minutes every update.

I think it depends on what rights his delegates have to his
mailbox/calendar.
