Force Check-In/Queue Issue (PS 2007)

I recently installed a hotfix (KB960313) to resolve a PWA issue. Since then,
I always get an error message, "ProjectServerError(s)
LastError=GeneralUnhandledException Instructions: Pass this into
PSClientError constructor to access all error information" whenever I
navigate to the "force check-in enterprise objects" page in PWA. The only
way to force check-in a project is to clear the cache, after which PS
automatically clears the check-out. Also, the PS job queue is always shown
as "0 jobs" even when there are jobs in process, but the jobs appear to be
completing normally. I'd appreciate any assistance you can offer.
