Force default task list to display to "Current Tasks"

I would like to modify the behavior of PWA so that "Current Tasks" is the
default view in the task list display. Right now, if a user changes to "All
Tasks", that setting will still be active at their next login. I would like
to force them back to "Current Tasks" the next time they access their task
list.

I don't mind making this change using a script if necessay. I am just
unable to find where this "view settings" information is stored in the
database. Thoughts
