force formatting - font style and size

In my form I have to main views. First view is where all the documenting is
added. the final view is the output of only some of the first view. My final
view is set to ready only and all fields are set to the same font family and
size, but when users copy of external documents and paste it into the first
view the font family and size varies on my final view. I need rich text input
because I need the ability to add bold and hyperlinks. can I force the filne
view to display a specific font family and size that is not dependant on the
user input from the first view?
