force meeting into Outlook Calendar without accept/reject email

I am not for sure if this is possible - I would like to force a meeting into
many calendars at one time with out the user getting an email. I have a
distribution list setup for these users and I can update all their calendars.
What are the steps in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007?

Thank you in advance

Are you using Exchange Server? Do you have permissions to their calendars?

Why do you want to force meetings into users calendars that may interfere
with other calendar meetings/appointments/private appointments/etc.?

Perhaps if you posted why this is important to force this on other users,
someone can suggest a less objectionable method.

We have user that wants to do this - and yes, she does have permission to
their calendars and we are using an Exchange Server. She would like to do
because currently she has to put the meeting on the calendar one by one and
would like to put it on all the calendars at one time.

Thank you for your help.

First thing that comes to mind is if she creates the item on her own
calendar, then open the calendars where she wants to have the item and right
click, drag and drop on the calendar and select copy.
