Force Photo Editor as default.

I have some customers who need to print graphics from
Photo Editor. They have an application on their computers
called Watermark which completley takes over the TIF
extentions. I manually change the TIF extension and
associate it with photo editor, but TIF's opened from IE
still open in Watermark. Does anyone know of a startup
switch I can use with photo editor that will force it to
be the default TIF application even with Watermark on the
computer. Removing Watermark is not an option it is part
of another suite of needed tools and canot be removed.
Thank you for any assistance or suggestions.

If the Watermark software is "hijacking" the extention then you need to
"fix" that software. The company that makes it should have some
suggestions.
