Force recurring tasks to week day

I am using Outlook 2000. Is there any way to set a
recurring task such that it will move to the previous week
day when it happens to fall on a weekend?

For example, I set a monthly recurring task for the 15th
of the month. When the 15th is on a weekend, I want the
task to show up on the Friday before the 15th.
