forced page break

I have an outline numbered list and an introductory paragraph before
it. Sometimes when I change the intro paragraph, the list will jump
down to a second page, even if the into paragraph is only a few
lines. I think it has something to do with keeping the list together,
but I cannot figure out how to keep it all on one page. Please help.

If you're using the built-in heading styles for your outline, note that
Headings 1-4 are formatted as "Keep with next." This is a convenience when
they are used as headings, with body text intervening, but if you're
creating a document of headings alone, you'll need to modify the styles so
that only the top couple of levels have that formatting in order to allow
your outline list to break naturally across pages.

Perfect. It worked just as you described. I knew it had something to
do with keeping together, but i had no idea it was related to the
