Why, when setting ForceNewPage = 2 in a footer section, I always get a blank
page in the end of the report. Why Access 2003 and 2007 (where I have tested
this) doesn’t suppress this last page automatically.

Good question. AFAIK, there is no good reason.

OTOH, using ForceNewPage in a header section does suppress a
blank page at the beginning og a report.
