forcing a form to close

Hi,

I have a user who consisitently no matter what I advise, leaves an Access db
open. This has caused headaches as the db cannot be backed up, nor updates
take effect, as he has tables locked up wwith open forms, with tables
connected...etc.

Any ideas on how I can force a form to be closed, and then user(s) when an
application has been idle?
