Hello,
I have a unique situation with calendaring. I have set
up an administrative assistant as the Owner of a resource
mailbox/calendar. Default is allowed to schedule a
meeting using Nonediting Author rights.
This works great if the person uses their calendar, new
appointment and adds the resouce using the attendees (as
it was designed to do). This allows the meetings to be
created by all, but shows up as tenative until the
Administrative Assistance accepts the meeting in the
Resource's Inbox.
However, if a person opens the calendar using
File/Open/Other user's folder/Calendar, and makes an
entry on the caledar this way, it does not show up as
tenative.
Any ideas on how I can force the second way to show up as
tenative?
Thanks
Elizabeth
