I have a number of custom forms stored in an Organizational Forms
Library. When I update any of those forms, is there a way to force
outlook to download that updated form if outlook already has a previous
version of that file in its local cache?
I have run tests on several machines that proves that while Outlook
DOES download and use the "newest" version of a form that is in an
Organizational Forms Library it DOES NOT do so immediately. These is
ALWAYS an amount of time between the posting of an updated form to the
Organization Forms Library to when Outlook downloads and starts using
the new form. The time differential varies from a few minutes to
hours.
Is there a way to force Outlook to look for an updated version of a
form everytime it uses the form?
Thank you
Kelly Johnson.
