Forecast End Data and Forecast Start Date only

I am also getting this problem now. Could anyone please help solve this ? I've been trying to config Portfolio Server non-stop for the past 2 days and is facing one problem after another.

New question..

I am able to connect to project server from portfolio server via project
gateway
\Question I have now is When i go to Attribute mapping template section of
the project gateway and I select my project server from the drop down list, I
only see 2 drop downs appeared under Project attributes section" forecast end
date and forcast start date. whereas in the portfolio server deployment
guide they are showing lots of fields appearing under this section (page 57
figure 3.1)

What do i missed now
