Foreign alphabet rules

Been getting an enormous amount of spam with non Anglo/Latin/Germanic
alphabet. Russian, Greek, Asian etc. I was looking around rules for a way to
say if it doesn't use a certain alphabet, or if its not English or Spanish,
get rid of it...is there anything like that in rules or is it something that
can be configured for new editions?

You could check if it does not contain any of the characters 'a', 'e',
'i', 'o', 'u', then it is probably non-alphabet spam.

Which version of Outlook? For Outlook 2003 click Actions>Junk E-mail>Junk
E-mail Options. Select the International tab, then click Blocked Encodings
List. Check all the languages you don't want to receive. If the sender
addresses are from other countries you can also use the Blocked Top-Level
Domain List to block them. Outlook 2007 has similar settings.
