Foreign Language Character Problem in Sender Field

I have a Russian friend that sends me emails in English (which is good since
I don't read Russian). The problem is with his name in the "From" field,
which is suppose to be Russian characters. In IE8, I see the Russian
characters as expected. However, in Outlook 2007, it is unreadable, i.e.,
not the Russian characters I expect to see (like I do in IE8). Does anyone
know how I can correct this problem in Outlook 2007?

You must run Outlook in Unicode Mode to display multibyte characters in
the Subject, To, Cc, and From fields.
