Foreign language characters

Is it possible to use an upper and lower case S and T with a cedilla
in Word? I'm using Office X for Mac, service release 1. I haven't yet
upgraded to Office 2004. Before I do I want to know if I can easily
use more international characters. Im running OS 10.3.

Yes, they should be available from the Character Palette - they are in the
Latin Extended-A range.

In OS X 10.2, fonts that contain these characters include Courier, Futura,
Helvetica, Lucida Grande and Times.
