Foreign language in the date of my outgoing/incoming messages

I recently bought a new computer and was reinstalling outlook express 6.0.
When someone sent me a message, I noticed that the date was in a foreign
language (I think it was Eastern European of some kind or Ukrainian). I want
it in English.

How do I fix it?
