My wife forgot her e-mail password, how can I find it or change it. Somehow,
she was attempting to set up a new e-mail account and screwed up her current
acct.

What flavor of an email account? Yahoo? Hotmail? One furnished by your ISP?

Depends on what processes the UNIDENTIFIED e-mail provider gives you?
Have you used their "Forgot Password" link on their login page? Have
you e-mailed them, called them, or whatever form of help they provide,
if any?

This is a user community. We have no access to the security
configuration available to admins of whatever mail server you are using.
