Forgot Screensaver Password

I want to password protect my computer using the screensaver password
function, but I don't know how to change it. It doesn't give me an option to
put one in so I must have done this already and forgot. Is it the same
password as the user account?

No. Since your issue has nothing to do with Office and assuming you are
using a screensaver that came with Windows, you need to post your question
in a newsgroup for your version of Windows.

Do you mean the feature that requests a password when you interrupt the screen
saver?

It's the same user name and password you used when logging in .
