Forgotten Password

How do I retrieve my password that helps me connect to the internet. I know
the user name is correct.

Assume you are speaking of your password to access your e-mail account. That
would be the responsibility of your e-mail provider. Go to your providers
web site LOGIN page....... as if you were going to check your account
profile, etc. The provider should have some method of retrieving you
password; usually a link right under the sign in box that says something
like, "Forgot Your Password?"
