Form Acting Up

I have a a small form for entry purposes linked on a Call
ID, my challenge is every time the staff try to enter a
new entry to it, the cursor jumps back to the the 1st
entry and won't stay on the 4th one where it's supposed
to....very annoying. Hope that makes sense. Can anyone
please tell me what I am doing wrong and help me correct
it.

First take a look at the tab order. In design mode select one of the
controls then select from menu View -> Tab Order. In the Tab Order
window check to see if the 4th control is at the top - and that it is
in the order that you want.

If that doesn't work do check of the form's module (search the form
for the control and see if something might be setting focus to it -
{Ctrl} F.
