Form additions not showing on print preview

I added some fields to a form. They are there when I preview the form, but
when I click the print preview they are not shown. If I hit the print
preview in design mode they are present.

Hello

Right Click on the text fields and check the Borders and shading
if there are no borders or the borders are in white color they will not be
shown on the Print Preview

Borders are solid and black the same as fields that show.

I tryied your it is worked fine for me, Can you please try deleting and
adding new text fields into the form?

I think you are missing something.

I tried adding a new field. It shows up when I preview the form but doesn't
show on Print Preview when in the preview mode. When in the design mode it
does show up on the print preview.

I don't know, what you are missing?, i tried your scenario, it is working
perfectly for me.
are you using any service packs?
