Form based on a query

I'm having a problem getting one of my forms to work, and
I'm not quite sure where the problem is. The form is
based on a parameter query. The query is pulling
information from a table (which is linked to an excel
spreadsheet). Once I have created the form, I can query
new information, but I can't enter or change any of the
data in any of the other fields. Hopefully this makes
enough sense for somebody to help.
