Form Browse Button

In MS Access 2000 I have an import form. When the import button is pressed a
macro is run that imports the file by way of transfertext.

Macros do not allow me to select any text file. What I need is a browse
button that allows me to select any file and then place the path and file
name on the form in a text box.

Where do I start for something like this?
