Form Configuration with subform

Help Please!!

I have a DB that catalogs all my sports cards...What i would like to
do is have a cards entry form on the upper half of the screen and on the
same form in the lower half have a defined space to where i can see what
i have already inputted during the time time the form has been
opened..and when the form is closed and reopened the space is empty
until i start my inputs again..did i confuse you?
