Form Conflict

Chris

I just tried to open a form, and got the following confusing message:

The form you are opening has the same form ID as a form already on your
computer.
You should replace the form on your computer if the form you are
opening is an updated version from a trusted source. If you are not
sure of the source or the content, you should keep the form already on
your computer.

There are two buttons, "Keep Form on Your Computer" and "Replace Form
on Your Computer". I don't understand what it's asking me to do. All I
want to do is open a form I've created. Keep Form on Your Computer
doesn't seem to work properly (I can't get into design mode if I do
this), while Replace Form sounds scary, what would it replace it with?

Perhaps more importantly, why is it coming up with this message in the
first place? All I'm trying to do is open a file I've made, no other
app asks me whether I want to replace something when opening (not
saving!) a file.

Baffled,
Chris
