form controls do not work after publish to the web with GoDaddy

[Help with form controls on publisher web]

Window machine with Publisher 2007, published to the web at GoDaddy with
FileZilla FTP and the form controls do not work. The site is
www.sonicnorthgeorgia.com, is there something I can do or is it a GoDaddy
problem?

You set up your form with Publisher's form properties to use FrontPage
Server Extensions (FPSE) if you do that you must:

1- Have FPSE installed and working on your host server (they are not)
2- If they are (or were) you have to use the Publish via http:// method of
publishing to the server, NOT third party ftp (like FileZilla).

Also, you server has to be configured to use email addresses other than the
domain's, many hosts will not allow this.

In your case you will have to use a custom form script...look on GoDaddy's
website and you will find them. You'll use the Form Properties dialog box in
Publisher to connect to the custom script.
