Form Controls in Publisher 2007

I've added some form controls to my web page in Publisher 2007, and can't get
them to work.

I added a List box, several text boxes, a text area, and reset and submit
buttons.

When I preview the web page, or when I publish to my web server, and try to
use the submit button, I get an error saying the IE can't open the web page.
This error makes no sense to me, since the controls are configured to send
e-mail to a valid address; it should not be trying to open a web page, it
should be trying to send e-mail. I can't find any help anywhere on this.

The web page has to post to a form that has a server script to send an
email (the email is sent by the web server, not the client). If the web
server hasn't been configured the way the page expects it to be, then it
will be unable to post the form, so the browser will get nothing back
from the server. The browser interprets this error and displays a
generic "Page cannot be displayed" error.

Try asking in microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign.

What is microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign? I don't seem to be able to
find it anywhere.

It's really strange that there is no mention of controls in the Publisher
Help.
