Form Controls - (Missing Control Tab) ------e-mail address provided

This is a repeat message, however, I did not type in my e-
mail address before and I did not want to search the 218
pages of e-mails.

I am using Excel 97. When I try to create a List Box or
similar, I can't assign cells, number of lines etc. When
the Format Object Dialog Box comes-up, it does not have
a "Control Tab." It only has the Size, Protection and
Properties tabs.

Any thoughts?
