form data to email AND file?

I've got my form information going to an email address just fine. Whenever I
add sending to a file, FP says I can't do both, but it lets me enter data
for both. How can I do this correctly?

When I set it up to go to a file only, no error upon design, but when I try
to run it on the server, I get this error: Page cannot be found - and the
page is www.mydomain.com/_derived/nortbots.htm

Any ideas?

The file you are writing to must exist and also be in a folder w/ write permissions
- by default the _private folder
