Form Design - Data Entry Question...

I have created 3 linked tables and want to display all the
records for these tables on a form. For each record that
is displayed, I want to put in a score (the score is not
part of the 3 link records - the score is a field in a
transaction table). I hope this explanation is sufficient
for a response. Thanks much...
