Form Design View

I've created a form and saved it but I now want to change it. How do I get
back into design view? I can not find the menu option anywhere. According to
the privelages I'm able to alter the form. Please help a rookie

You should see "Designer->" dropdown menu on the toolbar in the forms tool.
Alternatively, View -> Go To Designer.
